The Plan of revitalization 550 thousand hectares of
agricultural lands in Khuzestan and Ilam provinces
Following the orders of the Supreme Leader and the approval of the Government in 2018, this project was
handed over to Jahadnasr Institute as an executive body.
The first phase of it was put into operation in 2018 in the
area of 295 thousand hectares of irrigation sub-networks, 183 thousand hectares of underground drainage, 200
thousand hectares of land equipping and renovation, including basic leveling, segmentation, geometry and
integration.
Water transfer plan to the critical center of dust
production in Khuzestan province, including study of water supply and construction of water transmission
canal
With the announcement of the Mission by
the Government Delegation in January 2017 to deal with the fine dusts in Khuzestan province with a jahadi
movement, the water supply plan for planting saplings and moistening the critical centers of the south-east
of Ahvaz and the wetlands of Mansoureh and Sharifeh with an area of 112 thousand hectares by mobilizing all
facilities and passing through various obstacles with the construction of the main canal 60 km long and
sub-canals with length of 120 km and 6 Pumping station the most important operation of the project was put
into operation in June 2017.
Irrigation plan and drainage sub-networks of
agricultural lands of the west and northwest of the country
In the implementation of the
country’s macro policies in the field of water resources and the approvals of the Supreme National
Security Council and the approval of the Supreme Leader regarding the permission to withdraw from
resources of the National Development Fund and after endorsement No.49602/T 50890 on 5th of August 2013, by the Council of Ministers, the implementation of this
plan was started in 10 provinces of the country with an area of 227 thousand hectares.
Sistan 46 - thousand-hectare irrigation plan for
agricultural land
In 2013, the above project with an area of
46 thousand hectares in the agricultural lands of Sistan region within the boundaries of five cities (Zabul,
Hamon, Hirmand, Zahak and Nimroz) with the responsibility of carrying out the executive operations of
creating the infrastructure of water transmission and distribution to the urban areas and starting with the
construction of two main pumping stations and 14 secondary and independent pumping stations and all main and
secondary pipe networks, the first phase of which was completed in 2019.
Design and Construction of Shahre-chai Dam in Urmia
Project features:
➢ Dam type: gravel earth with a clay seal core
➢ Height from the river bed: 84 meters
➢ Crest length: 550 meters
➢Total volume of the reservoir capacity: 230 million cubic meters.
➢ having two strands of diversion tunnels, with a diameter of 3
and 6 meters and a length of 460 and 348 meters with a discharge capacity of 370 cubic meters per second
➢ Considerable volume of embankment operations
➢ Operation of running water control during the implementation
of the project
Goals and effects of the plan:
➢ Drinking water supply of Urmia city in the amount of 76 million cubic meters
➢ Providing agricultural water for 12500 hectares of Urmia
Plain lands
➢ Controlling floods and preventing damage to agricultur and
other sectors
➢ Managing water resources and increasing productivity
➢ Renovation and completion of main and secondary irrigation networks
➢ Increasing the area under cultivation of agricultural products
➢ Increasing the production of agricultural products in order to ensure the country’s food security.

➢ Study the second phase of Khuzestan and Ilam land
revitalization plan at the level of 255 thousand hectares
➢ The remaining plan of irrigation networks in the West and
North-West of the country at the level of 100 thousand hectares
➢ Comprehensive water and soil plan for the northern provinces of the country (Gilan, Mazandaran and
Golestan) at a level equivalent to 620 thousand hectares.

Jahadnasr Investment Company
Jahadnasr Institute is the owner of 100% shares of Jihad Nasr
Investment Company (Private Equity), in accordance with the company’s articles of association, the
company provides extensive services in the following fields:
➢ Providing financial, credit and investment services in
agricultural projects, including water, soil and side industries
➢ All commercial services inside and outside the country
Can be briefly point to establishment of a 50 thousand-ton
factory of animal feed production from sugarcane, implementation of electrification plan for agricultural
water wells, participation in aquaculture and fish farming in cages.
Electrification plan for agricultural water
wells
This plan as one of the government’s
solutions to reduce the consumption of fossil fuel, has been approved by Economic Council in 2014 according
to the decree No.020/19546 dated 20/09/2015 Minister of Jihad Agricultur, assigned the responsibility of
implementation to Jahadnasr Institute.
Jihad Nasr Investment Company was appointed as the operator
and in 2018 and 2020, this company has succeeded to electrifying 195 diesel agricultural water wells across
the country.
Aquaculture development plan and fish farming in
cages
With regard to the objectives of Ministry of Jihad
Agriculture, Jahadnasr Institute, in order to promote fish farming in cage, in the sea and behind dams,
shrimp farming and caviar extraction by using the ability of Jahadnasr Companies succeeded to create farms
of mentioned products in different parts of the country.
Mass production plan inside and outside of
Iran
Among the works carried out in Jahadnasr Institute, there has
been mass building of housing in the big cities and new cities of Hashtgerd, Pardis and Parand.
Also, mass accumulation of villas in South Africa, construction
of residential units in the Sohar region of Oman, construction of a correctional complex (reformation
center) and a multi-story parking lot in Iraq have been carried out by this institution.
Operation plan for the construction of gas transmission
lines
One of the other capabilities of Jahadnasr Institute is to
carry out all the operational stages of constructing gas transmission lines in the sizes of 14, 40 and 56
inches in the most difficult geographical conditions, including crossing rocky cliffs and rivers over 100
meters width.
Road, bridge and passage construction plan
Among the works carried out in Jahadnasr Institute is active
presence of institute in the construction of communication roads, bridges, passages and tunnels,
construction of main and secondary roads (mountainous and impassable, swampy, forest and open roads)
including earthwork, building and asphalt operations, construction of technical buildings includes
foundations, linings, communication bridges, etc.

Jahadnasr Institute with a history of implementing large
projects such as:
